After 16 remarkable years, we bid a fond farewell to the team and management behind the beloved institution known as Sosta Cucina.

Under new ownership, we proudly usher in a brand-new era and embrace an elegant renovation, a new culinary direction and a luxury wine cellar.

Co-owner and front-of-house professional Roby Giannetta will be extending the warmest of welcomes. Roby combines twenty years of global industry experience along with his passion for hospitality excellence.

Co-owner and Head Chef, Alex Tintori is a highly accomplished Italian chef with an impressive culinary career spanning over 15 years. Born and raised in Lucca, Tuscany, Tintori's love for cooking was nurtured by his family's rich culinary heritage.
