Sosta’s kitchen is a culinary laboratory
Sosta's menu is a testament to Chef Tintori's passion for preserving the culinary traditions of Italy, embracing the bounty of Australia's diverse landscape and creating technical flavoursome masterpieces. Where foraging and fermentation are at the forefront, what you see on the plate is only half of the story.
We are excited to launch Sprizzo Summer Bar, by Sosta. A little al fresco, laid-back addition to Sosta Ristorante serving aperitivo just for you on the front terrace. From 4:30pm to 6:30pm Tuesday to Saturday take a little $12 spritz stop around Italy. A selection of best priced wine and beer also feature, making it the happiest of hour(s).
Alongside our spritz menu, graze on a delicious snack menu. And if Melbourne weather plays its part, then Chef Tintori will be lighting the grill and serving classic arrosticini out front. Expect the wonderful smoky sweet smell of sizzling skewered grilled meats to entice you to a table on the terrace. Swing by on a sunny day to see what's cooking.
